Shipping & Processing Times – Elite Jewelers (Lenox Mall)
At Elite Jewelers, we are committed to processing and delivering your order with precision and care. All orders typically require 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST) for internal processing unless additional verification is necessary.
To ensure timely processing:
- Your billing and shipping addresses must match when paying by credit card.
- If using PayPal, your shipping address must be confirmed.
- If billing and shipping addresses differ, additional verification may be required, such as submission of a valid photo ID.
Shipping time is in addition to processing time and will depend on the FedEx service selected at checkout. Please note: shipping estimates at checkout do not include processing time. Customization, sizing, or length adjustments may also extend handling time.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx and held at the nearest FedEx pickup location for secure collection. Customers will be notified via email with a tracking number and pickup instructions once the package is ready.
Elite Jewelers reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all of our store policies.
Returns & Exchanges – Elite Jewelers (Lenox Mall)
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following criteria are met:
- The item is in its original, unworn condition, free of any scratches, marks, or blemishes.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and paperwork are included.
- The item has not been customized, sized, or altered by Elite Jewelers or any third party.
Important Return Notes:
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
