At Elite Jewelers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

All the Terms and Conditions below apply to website purchases only. In-store purchases are not eligible for returns.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be purchased through our website only. In-store purchases are not eligible for returns.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, free of scratches, marks, blemishes, or signs of wear.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and paperwork (including certificates, if applicable) must be included.
  • The item must not have been customized, sized, or altered by Elite Jewelers or any third party.

Important Return Information

  • Return Shipping & Handling: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, special orders, and items that have been altered, engraved, or sized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
